June 21 every year, as well as being winter solstice here in NZ, is international Go Skateboarding Day.

Everybody bring their whole quiver if you can and drag anyone else who wants to have a go.

Helmets and gloves compulsory for the stadium, recommended at other times

Agenda:

13:00 Meet at the Waitangi Park Bowl
13:15 Cruise to Stock Exchange for Dancing/boardwalking or Hockey (if I can get hold of gear)
14:30 (or when we're bored with that) Cruise to stadium ramps for sliding/ bombing the spirals

Come practice your sliding and drifting skills for the luge this Sunday.
Meet at Churchill Street in the City by the Truck weighing station
