Google Apps set up for GSNZI

I have set up the Google Apps for gravitysportsnz.org
I have changed the settings at the ISP and need to wait for Google apps to verify ownership.
Once this is done. Usually about 48 hours, the members will all be able to have a user account set up, with your own email yourname@gravitysportsnz.org
Plus all membership lists, rules document, meeting notes etc will be able to be saved in our shared Google docs.
As soon as it is all verified and up and running I will collect your required usernames and set up accounts for all the current members of the GSNZI.

Google Apps is Live
Hi All
Google apps is live. I now have an email address of nick.foard@gravitysportsnz.org So can the Secretary, Tresurer and the Board Members please email me at the above GSNZI address to let me know what you want your log ins to be. Your log ins will also be your email address so lets keep them professional and probably just give me your real first and last name if that is ok with you. That way when we approach local council and govenment etc our email address will make us look more professional.
Once you have provided your log ins I will set a naff easy password and email you back to let you know you are set up at which point you need to log in and change your password.
This will give the secretary the ability to create a membership list in google docs plus we can get the rules in google docs and the transcript of our meetins too.
