Hi Members and future members of the GSNZI
Just a friendly reminder that I have only received 10 emails from the 15 members that attended the first GSNZI meeting a week ago. I need all 15 members from the Chat room who confirmed they wanted to be members to email me at nick.foard@gravitysportsnz.org so that I can set up your account and get your details for the Inc Soc application form.
Also not everyone has paid. Some have informed that they are a bit short this month which is fine, but can everyone that can pay please pay. I want to avoid any of the members having to fund other members if we can avoid it.
Anyone that wants to become a member of the GSNZI please email me at nick.foard@gravitysportsnz.org. At which point I will set you up your account and email and put you in touch with the Treasurer so you can pay your $30 annual membership.

Do we have a date for the next meeting? and what will the agenda be for this meeting?
I reckon we should focus on some key points like website, members, promotion, first race?

Speedy is going to try and book
Speedy as Secretary is going to try and book for Monday at 7:30 as planned at the last meeting. I think your key points are excellent for the Agenda starting with Membership. If I don't get 15 members details I can't register us and I only have 12 at the monment. I am not worried about the money as we can fund that, I just need the 15 people from the last meeting to email me their first name last name and preferred email name to nick.foard@gravitysportsnz.org as soon as possible.
I will drive the meeting as usual following the agreed agenda at the start of the meeting.

I wish we get the 15 members by Monday. However, once again, I will not be able to be at the meeting if we do it on Monday at 7:30pm as I will be at work and It's right in middle of the dinning rush (I'm a Chef). No way for me to get on my computer from 9:00am to 10:pm daily(except Thursdays) :(
