If you are like me you have more than 1 board in your quiver. I have teamed up with a guy to make some lovely wooden Stands. 100% Kiwi Product :) I will be putting them on Ultimate Boards for sale soon but I just wanted to get some reaction from you guys first. Is a 3 board stand enough? If not how many? He has done a wall mounted one too if you are intersted.
Let me know what you think.

Can you please give us some clues about the cost? How much would a wall-mounted unit for 7-8 boards be?

I like this! wall mount ones would be very very cool too! maybe put a little plastic wheels on the inside of either slots so the board like 'rolls in' to the place? like the ones they use at cheapskates. might help to protect the boards a little?
Cost and Design
So far we have built
Tall Rack - 10 Boards - Retail = $237 inc GST Free Ship
Medium Rack - 6 Boards - Retail = $185 inc GST Free Ship
Low Rack - 3 Boards (Wall or Stand) Retail = $120 inc GST Free Ship
Instead of rollers in the slots we were thinking of lining the slot with felt to protect the boards.
We only have a 3 board wall hanger and a 3 board free standing build for sale so far just to see if you guys would like them. We have a 10 built but that is for me for Rollercoaster 2010 show to put my boards in.
If you want a pic of the wall mounted one let me know.
If you definately want an 8 board wall hanger I can get you a quote. Would be pretty heavy with that amount of boards in it so you would need to attach to the Studs in the wall.
Could get a quote for a 8 board free stander. Would probably be around $200 inc GST and delivery.

8 Board Rack
Here I was thinking that most of you would have 2-3 boards maybe 4-5. 8 Boards aye.

I will put them on the Ultimate Boards website and you guys can purchase them via the site. Paypal, C. card or bank transfer.
Just bear in mind these are hand made so will take about a week to make at this stage as we haven't built a stock of them yet.

how bout adding a shelf or 2 into the bottom to fill up that empty space. its impossible to have too much space to put skating gear.

Bear in mind I just found out that as we had to use wider wood than originally designed the cost is a little more than I thought.

I will have to get them for. Any specific measurement you are looking for. I fitted every board I have into the 3. It was able to fit the big 44 inch with the huge concave plus the 28 inch Derringer. It will also fit shortboards and snowboards.
