Hi
As many must know we are able to skate the worlds ONLY downhill skate park but we are still struggling to get more than a small hand full of riders each week.
While the owners of the track have been extremely kind to us it seems that they are losing hope and will soon be telling us that it is just to much hassle to allow us to ride. For us to continue to ride they need us to have decent numbers, be more respectful of NOT walking on the carpet lifts and be a bit more organised with the website and advertising. How can we as a group address these issues?
please please please start posting with your ideas and opinions asap and start getting a decent crew together to COMMIT to supporting us shred the track on the 15th of august! If the boys from ragland can fill a car surely us auckland riders should be able to fill 5!!!

Bump for this. Since I've
Bump for this.
Since I've been at most luge session you notice that some people are only there on certain days for lots of different reasons work etc.
It would be great to know which days people find are best for them to ride?
Also are there people out there that want to ride but can't because they can't get there?
Im sure it has been thought
Im sure it has been thought of.
For a way to make the track cheaper has anyone mentioned or thought of going to a sporting organisation for sponsorship and help with cash, we have Sport Hawkes Bay who do the majority of sporting sponsorship and promotions.
Or local government, usually unwilling to offer 500,000 for a skate park put more than happy to offer help with small yearly grants to pay track hireage.
