I'm thinking of buying some new wheels more suited for sliding than my current 80a Orangatang in heats. Don't get me wrong, these wheels are awesome, but I'm starting to get into sliding a lot more, and I find them a bit limiting. So. I want to be able to slide easily and predictably, but also be able to do reasonably hard carves without sliding out. I've heard that the yellows are awesome and grip when you need them from some people, but from others I've heard that they slide out at the first hint of a carve, which I obviously don't want. The purples seem like a safe choice, but if the yellows are slidier and still grippy enough, I'd rather go for those. What should I buy? Any help would be greatly appreciated, 'cause I'm confused as hell.

i have stims and durians
and have ridden them both quite a bit and i'd so go stims, the durians definitely feel more chattery and seem to cone faster. But up to you haha
I think I'll go for the Yellow Stimulus...
They seem to be the better wheel from reviews I've read etc. Thanks for the help!
I think you will be fine
I think you will be fine with either... i went durians simply to give me more wheel so they last a bit longer... but i have not had them slip out unexpectedly yet... and i ride a pretty slick surface in our carpark building.. so i think you will fall in love with em..
83 in heats or 83 durians?
Which is better? wanting to slide but be able to hold traction when i need it
durians hold a line fine. if
