Sorry I couldn't make it, all sounds good to me. Just one question: if its a corporation wouldn't it be GSNZ Ltd.? Perhaps the society naming rules are different but when I created my corporation here the name had to end in "Limited".

hey guys i just got an email from smilecity saying i hav won 250 free buisness cards. now i havnt actualy looked into it and i imagine there will be some twist but from what i hav breifly read i think it cud be genuine. so i though i might as well make them for either NNO or GSNZI (u get to design ur own obviously). so any1 got a pic i can use for the background that would be relevant? and did we have a confirmation on what the website address wud be? and any other details i cud put on it.

I would avoid having the skateboard as part of the logo only because it might drive other potential gravity sports away and the more members we get regardless of their disaplin means more money to hold events. Definitly need something that automatically makes people think NZ, maybe a koru patern in the 'GS'.

Jestah has a designy kind of guy working with him at the moment so we could ask him to do some draft designs.

My first thought is a Tree with an Apple falling from it and silloette of a guy sitting at the base of the tree about to get hit by the apple. The tree Truck could be shaped like the 2 Islands of New Zealand, The trees leaves could be little skate wheels ;p The Guy could have a Helmet on. The words Gravity Sports NZ would be either positioned under the tree or something like that. Obviously this design is inline with discovery of Gravity by Sir Issac Newton.

We could take a simple approach and use the IGSA logo with the letters swapped out as a base, perhaps with some other slight adjustments to represent NZ.
