In response to all this nonsense in the media regarding the Bombay Hill run I've taken it upon myself to initiate a call to Save The Shenanigans.
I do not know those good c*nts personally, but have an immense amount of respect for them - especially the barefoot dude - as I myself have a landyachtz evo and bomb the odd mammoth hill.
I have created this blog - http://softfuzzymittens.blogspot.com/ - to be a beacon of stupidity in an otherwise sensible world.
It will chronicle the adventures of all the worlds good c*nts as they attempt to save the shenanigans, continue the tom-foolery and keep up the no-good-nicking. It will be the story of the worlds ill-advised misfits and their noble but misunderstood quest.

The media and the police seem to have adopted a pretty hard-lined negative attitude towards longboarding and every other marginally dangerous activity and have started to vilify good c*nts on the news .. thought we'd give credit where credits due and throw a bit of positive publicity their way.. someone needs to save the shenanigans.

The term "shenanigans" has been used as a piss-take against the stereo-typical old woman that is against any form of activity that is marginally dangerous and considered stupid... which covers all manner of things ranging from longboarding to putting road cones at the top of massive trees.
The sort of thing that 90% of young people think is awesome and 90% of old people think is stupid.
also @chees- .. "keeping it to urself" as you put, would be far more detrimental to longboarders. By celebrating sh*t like this we are showing that 1, they are not just the acts of independent mad-men, and 2 we are ensuring that all of the negative anti-longboarding noise isn't the only voice heard.
but at the end of the day we just appreciate well thought out "dumb" shit.. it's an art form
