You can get stickers on the day for $2 each with all monies going to the GCS t-shirt screen print. Once that is paid for we can start screening your shirts for free!!

Do we have a route or is it just turn up and follow the leader?

Evening everyone.

So here's a quick run through of Sunday's push as I see it. STC as ever!

Get to New Brighton for 2 by hook or by crook (heaps of busses go there) head up the road to Thompson Skatepark. You should spot us there - hopefully there will be a tenty type thing and my car there on the other side of the road.

Come say hello and sign up in your age bracket, give $5 to the person behind the desk (anyone got a desk we can borrow?) and make sure they write your name up in the correct age bracket.

*under 16 (groms)
*over 30 (Vets)

Hang about until someone begins to organise people.
It is going to be a mass 'Le Mans' style start (see video on the event page) 3-2-1 and then the push begins.

Cruise/chat/race back to the table and someone will give you your time and write it down on the writey thing from earlier.

**Things to note**

Helmets are advised, it is a flat, quiet road but GCS still advise you wear one. As with everything in life, you make the choices.
Bring water.
There will be a chilled out cruisy skate along the front after and then a beer/raspberry coke at a pub in NB

We hopefully will have a few people taking pics/video and driving ahead so we should get lots of footage.

GCS stickers will be $1 each with all the money from the event and the stickers going to getting some proper GCS t-shirts done.
