Foam?

Where can I find foam for a "Dimm" style press.

yes

i second this! i'm pretty curious where to get this stuff. and is that foam alright for making a foam core?

for hard tech

im using high density polystyrene definitely looks like what dimm uses on the fish.
dunno where to get it, im getting mine through school

foam for boards

I would avoid using this foam for boards as it will shear away from the skins with little force.

I can get my sticky mitts on the foam I have used in the past that has better shear resistance or balsa for any one who may need a light weight core!

Fire me an email at jestah@ugliecarnie.com for more details

There's a Forman just

There's a Forman just outside Wgtn as well and that's where I get foam for molds. Holds up fine under vacuum. Not that a dimm press involves vacuum but it should work fine.
