sorry i want the hangers for
sorry i want the hangers for some 42's.
pulse
interested in the pulse deck. could i get some pics etc?
the pulse:
its symetrical with a taper in the middle and one end is a bit busted up from hitting gutters, but the effected bit can be taken out and makes no difference to the board, its called slot mounted drop through, its actually a bit better because it means when u are mounting the trucks, u do not have to take off the hangers like u do when mounting a regular drop through. the 2010 Rayne killswitch actualy come slotted. the other end had a problem like that but the previous owner sent it back to pulse and the fiber glassed it and put a cap of carbon fibre so that end is almost indestructible. im sure if the buyer would like to they could send it up to pulse and they would do the same thing for this end free of charge.
this is a really light, NZ made board. it has about 8 plys of gaboon wood, carbon fiber on the bottom and fiber glass on top. its drop through and has really nice concave and about 1cm of camber. it has a tiny bit of flex but no where near as much as say a flex 1 dervish (a good comparison as lots of people have ridden loaded's).
specs: 40" (102cm) long
32.5" (83cm) wheelbase (taken form inner mounting holes)
9.5" (24cm) at widest points
8" (20cm) in the middle

Hang on, so Pulse's warranty
Hang on, so Pulse's warranty covers stuff like crashing into gutters? Now I'm even more stoked I ordered from them!
that was in no way what they
that was in no way what they have said to me. but in my experiance with pulse, they are cool guys and genrally help with that sort of thing.
Desperado?
What kinda price for the wheels?
66mm 78a desperado wheels:
66mm 78a desperado wheels: (these come on all flexdex completes) they are basically like a smoother sliding 66mm zig zag. they don't have a chalky smooth slide like abec11 classic thane wheels but they are considerably more quiet and smooth then all 'zigs i have ever ridden (77a,80a,83a) and they are just as fast rolling.
looking for around $50 for these without bearings as they are not coned at all and hav only been slid for about 1 day.
i will leave the abec 9 litespeed bearings in them for an extra $15

bump.
anyone interested?
