So its finally dry in Auckland now anyone keen for a slide session tomorrow if it doesnt rain again?

wellington has had about 1 dry day in the last 2 weeks and I only managed a 20 minute skate.
Well . . .
It seems you spoke too soon it's been wet all weekend at my side of town.

haha i got an hour session in yesterday. just got back in from skating, it rained again but the sun is back out so the roads might dry again. it was dry around uni around 12.
id be keen for a midweek session, when and where?

Yo mate, im over at the AUT campus in the city, just moved up from Mount Maunganui a couple of months ago. Been longboarding for a couple of years....used to live with a flat of 5 or 6 longboarders in oz but havnt had a chance to go out and rip it with some others around auckland besides the old flatmates who tend to drop sacks when it comes to 4 wheels and a board....am so keen to get into a community that get into some cruise/bombing aye, be it indoor carparks or out on some hills.
Chuur, been looking for an online community aye, finally found one around here.

Cheers Dan and Dave, mean lil session up in the carpark, and good to meet a few of the locals.
Carparks are pretty mean, those 12 or 13 stories go on forever, they are kinda monotonous though.
You guys keen to hit some roads at some stage? Does anyone know of any new undeveloped sub divisions where there is a bit of a veriety, Ie a bit of a mix of...rolling hills...steep runs...sidewalks...bushpaths etc?
albany mega centre is pretty
albany mega centre is pretty good for variety. You have to hit it after closing time but these is a few long fun runs, nice rolling carparks and a few steep roads quite close. There has been lots of subdivision around albany I only know a few spots Dave might know more.
We could do a Sunday night mega centre ride if your keen?
