Ive been boarding for a little while now and have been upgrading my current board quite a bit.
i came across this today and wonder if i should buy it

I like the shape of the deck, so if anything ill replace the trucks and wheels with the ones on my current board. but is it worth it?
decks... ok
the deck is ok if you like the shape but the rest of the board is ass...
maybe tossing the trucks onto a shorter board with some decent bushings could revive some life out of the spare parts
for 89 tho... your not losing to much if it is just ass.

Rekon boards aren't great as they're not designed very well.
Umming, they still go down a hill, but you won't get what you will get with other boards.
Check out pulseboards, ultimate boards or bombardier.
They supply awesome boards that will cater to all your needs.
i brought one of these about
i brought one of these about 2.5 years ago when they were made out of Maple and Bamboo. the trucks and wheels are absolutely shit, but i just finished cutting up the board to a different shape and it is quite well made (probly 5 plys maple and two bamboo). id say now there not bamboo dont get it.

and as said above wheels and turcks suck big time so repalceing them will work. This board is ok i rode it and learned for awhile but soon upgraded. but if thats in NZ dollars that is a okish price but you will get what oyu pay for
