For those in the know about the legal requirements for riding at night.
Would lights on your board satisfy the law or is it only lights on the person that meets the requirements?

The law says...
Your vehicle (non self propelling wheeled contrivance) has to be lit...
...but really, you need to be as visible as possible.
Why do you ask?
If it comes down to a point of law arguement it's probably gone too far and skaters will loose.
If you're lit and your board isn't, technically you're breaking the law, but practically your far better off.
I'm throwing up between
I'm throwing up between getting something like sun-risers for the board or a decent headlamp for my helmet as the lights I have don't fit anywhere on my full-face.
The cost will prevent me from getting both.
Thanks for the clarification.
me and my mates wear head
me and my mates wear head lamps as weve been pulled over on far too many sunday nights by bored cops... now they only pull us over to say stop skating here ur breaking the law... which we say no we're not and keep skating...
