Ok so we had a little SNAFU with the NNO chat room. The Initial NZGS meeting will now be held in The Boardroom chat room on wireclub.com at 7:30pm monday, you will need to join up to the site, so don't leave it till the last minute. I will be in that room on sunday night at 7pm for 1/2 an hour if people want to make sure their going to the right place.
Thanx to everyone who got up early on sat to try to make this happen.

I really wish to be with you for the first NZGS meeting, but as I am a chef, It will be impossible to get some time off at 7:30pm to chat with you :(. I will be not back home before 10:00pm, If you are still online?!
However, you can include me in the members, or would you be able to do a resume of the meeting that I can give my 2 cents one/ valid with you...

and it's no problem that u wern't in at the first meeting. if possible thou could u get a break for say 10 mins while u call someone at the meeting. mondays nights are dead in welly.

If you can have read through the Rules that Tribal set out that would be good as one of the things we need to do at the meeting is agree to them.

When you have a suitable draft set of rules, you can circulate these for comment among the members of your association. You will then be in a position to call a meeting of the members to:
resolve to incorporate,
approve the rules and
decide who will be the first
President
Secretary
Treasurer
choose who will fill the committee positions that the rules provide.
