Planing to race at rollercoaster? PLEASE READ

In an attempt to help the guys at Rollercoaster prepare for the race this year and make things run a bit smoother this time round, we need to get an idea of how many people are coming to race, and WOT CLASS YOU PLAN TO RACE IN. IF YOU HAVE MATES PLANNING ON RACING WHO AREN'T NNO MEMBERS ADD THEIR NAMES AND THE CLASS THEY PLAN TO RACE IN, IN YOUR POST

I'll bump this post back to the top of the list atleast once a weekfrom now until the end of feb.
It would be great to have double the number of racers this year. More racers means more races!!! More races means more entertainment.
So lets hear it folks, Who's up for some Racing?

u have to be able to turn on a skateboard..

i think anyone and everyone can do this course. if i saw the picture of the course last year it looks super easy and its really just a race to the bottom

i have a few mates who have

i have a few mates who have just started longboarding but dont think there good enough to race, i think it could be good for the future to have a beginners race. To me it gives everybody a chance and helps grow the sport if we can steal some shortboarders and show them how to have fun. Just an idea but i think it would be awesome to get as many people hooked as possible.

For this year I think its

For this year I think its gonna be limited to 3 classes, 16 and under, ladies/intermediate(17-21 if there's not enuff Gals) and the open Class. The course is not that technical and suitable for anyone who can ride a sk8 board. Tell your mates to come out and race regardless. It'll be fun, they'll meet other riders and pick up sosme pointers by watching as well as racing. And from the sound of things, there's gonna be some amazing prizes for all classes.

hey speedy what is the date for rollercoaster?

Im getting a new board from bombadier that i would be keen to race with but im not sure if it will be done in time.

also im pretty new to DH is there a thread with the map of course on it?

No , no map yet, but if you can ride a sk8board, you'll have no trouble.
