Two fairly big hills that are good for bombing, another few more mellow ones that are nice for cruising... skate there fairly often and it's always a good time :)

Brand new subdevision, no or few cars...be aware on the work day as there still got some big trucks going in, but everything is easily seen...few houses

Roads are like butter, real smooth, good cruising and carving, steep runs are generally short, some nice hills to play around on.
